what is the purpose of a stevey bottle?

stevey was created when we realised that there were very limited options in the market if you wanted to upgrade your bathroom, whilst adding cohesiveness to your favourite products. We have always valued the idea that 'an organised space, creates an organised mind'. stevey bottles allow you to transfer your favourite products into cohesive and visually appealing bottles.

Is there product inside of the bottles? Or are they empty?

Our reusable stevey bottles come empty. The purpose of stevey bottles is so you can transfer your favourite beauty products into more cohesive and aesthetically pleasing bottles.

Where is stevey based?

stevey is an Australian brand based in Sydney, NSW.

What are stevey bottles made out of?

All stevey bottles are made from HDPE plastic. They are free of BPA which ensures that no chemicals are exposed to your liquid product when you transfer it into your stevey bottle.

Are stevey bottles environmentally friendly & recyclable?

Yes! A benefit of HDPE plastic is that if you decide to no longer use your stevey bottles or want to change colours, you can recycle them. As they are also free of BPA, they cause no harm to your liquid products.

What payments do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Apple Pay.

We also accept Afterpay for Australian orders. For more information on this, please refer to our Afterpay faq page.

I have placed an order however I haven't received my order confirmation?

All orders are processed within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you have not received your order confirmation after this time, please check your junk and spam folders. If you still cannot locate your confirmation, please email us at customercare@stevey.com.au

How do I track my order?

You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been posted. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed.

How long does shipping take?

Once you have received your shipping confirmation email, shipping times can be expected as below:

- Standard Delivery: 2-8 days

- Express Delivery: 1-4 days

For all international deliveries, shipping can take between 8-21 days.

Please ensure that the address details you provide are correct so that you can receive your products within the suggested time frame

How much is shipping?

Australian Delivery:

- Standard Shipping: $8.95 (2-8 days)

- Express Shipping: $12.95 (1-4 days)

International Delivery:

International Delivery is only available to New Zealand, USA & UK at this point in time.

All international shipping is standard delivery and can take upto 21 days to arrive

- New Zealand: $15.00 AUD

- USA & UK: $28.00 AUD

What is your returns policy?

We offer exchanges & returns. Items must be unused and in original purchased condition.

If you would like to return/exchange, you are required to pay for the return shipping. Please contact us at customercare@stevey.com.au for our return address.

If you believe your product is damaged, faulty or you have been shipped the incorrect item, please contact us. To speed up the process, please include a photo(s) of your order, as well as your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations can be considered but are not guaranteed. This depends on if they order has already been shipped out. Please get in contact with us within 24 hours of placing your order.
