returns faq

We offer exchanges & returns. Items must be unused and in original purchased condition.

If you would like to return/exchange, you are required to pay for the return shipping. Please contact us at customercare@stevey.com.au for our return address.

If you believe your product is damaged, faulty or you have been shipped the incorrect item, please contact us. To speed up the process, please include a photo(s) of your order, as well as your order number.

Order cancellations can be considered but are not guaranteed. This depends on if they order has already been shipped out. Please get in contact with us within 24 hours of placing your order.
